Happy Anniversary!

Today we celebrate not only our independence but our 1 year anniversary! This year has been very adventurous for Logan and I. First, we moved back in with the In-Laws and then we headed across country to Germany! We are so blessed to be able to travel and work abroad. Currently, we are in Ireland celebrating our anniversary...more pictures to come later. 

Last Day of School and trip to Frankfurt City Hall!

Well school is officially out! School let out at 1:00 yesterday and several of the teachers went out the Römerberg, which is where City Hall is located. This is one of the most iconic and historic places in Frankfurt. It was so cool to go exploring and celebrate with some delicious German Beers!

Happy Birthday to Me and Jackson, but more importantly ME!

When I got home from work Logan surprised me with 30 hand cut heart cut outs with 30 different reasons why he loves me! I was very impressed that he did all of this. It was so sweet! He also had a bath made with candles and a Mimosa waiting for me. Turning 30 has been pretty awesome. What a great husband!

Wine Hike in Nierstein

Last weekend we went on a wine hike in a town near us called Nierstein. We met up with some friends for a day of wine drinking and walking. The major wine produced in this area is Riesling, which is my favorite type of wine. There were 8 pavilions spaced out through the vineyards that you could walk to and get a glass of wine for 1.50Euro to 3.00Euro. It was a lot of fun and such a cute town!

We made it! It was about a 20 minute walk to the first pavilion...working off the alcohol we have not consumed yet. Haha.
