First Mother's Day

Yesterday was my first official Mother's Day with Cillian. It was quite an early day too because Cillian wanted to wake up around 5:30AM. Logan was nice enough to get up with us and make me pancake muffins for breakfast! Once Cillian went down for a nap Logan gave me a full body massage that I desperately needed. The weather was beautiful all day and we decided to go for a bike ride to the Botanical Gardens near our house. It was also a chance for us to try out Cillian's bike seat and new helmet. 

So blessed to be a Mother to our sweet boy!

The gardens had a hobbit house to represent the style of New Zealand.  It was pretty awesome!

Cillian can crawl!

Cillian recently figured out how to crawl going forwards. It was so exciting to watch him figure it out. He is growing up too fast.

Snuggle this Muggle

Aunt Gwen and Uncle Ian got Cillian an adorable Harry Potter outfit that says, "Snuggle this Muggle." We were so excited to put it on him for the first time yesterday.

Happy 9 months Cillian!

Today our sweet little guy turned 9 months old! I look at him and still cannot believe how big he is. Cillian is able to pull himself up from the coffee table, loves squeezable fruit pouches, and is sleeping in his own bedroom! He is still not able to crawl forwards but he is really good at leaning against the couch and coffee table. He also has four of his top teeth broken through...needless to say its been a fun past few weeks.

Trip to Bremen!

Yesterday we took another trip to Bremen with our friend Stephen. We love the Bremen marketplace! 

Cillian wasn't as impressed with Bremen...he pulled his sock off and started chewing on it.

Even with only one sock he is still so cute!

We walked down the smallest street in Bremen with houses dating back to the 15th century.

Our friend Stephen loves being photographed...hard to compare him to Cillian. Haha.

Hello Spring!

Finally had some warm weather here. First day of the year I was able to wear shorts!!!

Happy 8 Months Cillian!

We have been without internet for almost two weeks so I have not had a chance to post until now. Cillian is 8 months!!! He is very active and can crawl backwards and sideways but not forward yet. He loves standing and leaning against the couch and coffee table...he may just skip crawling and go straight to walking. Cillian has two bottom teeth and his top teeth are starting to come in. He loves exploring and getting into everything that is not his. Let the baby proofing fun begin!
